It appears that David Quinn has found a new home. Arthur Staple of The Athletic reported today that Quinn would be joining Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan’s staff, taking over for Todd Reirden as associate coach.
According to CapFriendly, the San Jose Sharks have placed forward Nathan Todd on unconditional waivers, with the purpose to terminate his contract. Todd, 28, is an undrafted centre who signed with the Sharks back in July of 2023.
The 25-year-old was drawing trade interest during the season, but he wore teal for the remainder of the campaign and remains in San Jose — for now.
